Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel and return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds beyond this period.

Return Shipping:
We do not offer free returns for unwanted items, so you will need to cover the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can only issue a refund once we have received the returned item(s).

Eligibility for a Refund:
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (unless due to our error) may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your full name and order number to help us process your request quickly. Do not return your order without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process it.
